On the free Community plan SecAI monitors and reports; every change, including a block, is left to you.
What happens when the trial ends

Your trial ends 14 days after you create the account. The end date is on your Billing page from the first day, and you are emailed about a week before, 3 days before, the day before, and when it ends.

If you have not subscribed by then, the dashboard is locked behind a payment page until you choose a plan. Nothing is deleted, your servers keep reporting, and the plan you were trying keeps running on them until the account is changed.

Subscribe from that page, or earlier from Billing: the plan you pay for is the plan the account gets, in the same step. If you do not want to continue, write to us through the Contact page under Billing and account and the account is closed; platform data is deleted or anonymised within 90 days of closure.
Support, on every plan
A ticket through the Contact page, answered by a person at Tech Steps LLC. No response-time commitment is published today, so none is sold here. Priority support and a custom SLA are terms of an Enterprise or partner agreement, not of the self-serve plans.

- Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through PayPal. SecAI never sees your card.
- Cancel any time from Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you paid for, you keep access until then, and unused time is not refunded.
- A prepaid year is not refunded pro rata if you cancel: you keep access until the year ends, as section 7.4 of the Terms says.
- The checkout shows the plan, the billing period, the currency and the total with VAT before you confirm anything.
- What the agent reads and may change on your server is listed in the Trust Center.
